The MT 21 is a PT 100 Air Temperature Sensor according to the guidelines of the World Meteorological Organization. The Platinum element is enclosed in a SST capilair tube with thin wall thickness to guarantuee a fast thermal response time.
The Platinum elements are within IEC 751 1/3 DIN class B which results in an inaccuray of < 0,1°C @ 0°C. The operating range is from -40°C...+60°C. The resistance of these platinun elements are lineair and proportional with the temperature. The MT 21 Air Temperature sensor has also an excelent long term stabiity.
