All meteorological sensors like Anemometers, Wind Vanes, Temperature Sensors, Humidity Sensors, Rain Gauges, Barometers, Pyranometers (by Kipp & Zonen) and Visibility sensors are available for different applications. Mierij Meteo manfactures the sensor that suits to your application!

Wind Sensors

Main part of the product portfolio are the Wind Sensors. Mierij Meteo Wind Sensors are availabe for scientific use as well as for industrial applications. The Solid State Wind Sensor and Economy class wind sensors completing this product range. Mierij Meteo Anemometers and Wind Vanes have proven their reliability world wide over 25 year in various applications like renewable energy, transportaton, industrial (petro-/chemical) processes, hydrology and agriculture. A wide range of auxiliaries like mounting brackets, masts, dataloggers, interfaces and calibration are available.

Temperature Sensors

Mierij Meteo manufactures Temperature Sensors for accurate measurement of air temperature and soil temperature supplied with PT 100 / NTC elements. All Temperature Sensors are made of stainless steel and waterproof enclosed. A special rugged sensor for measuring the road surface temperature is available for use in Ice Warning Systems. This sensor can be installed just under the road's surface and withstands the forces of the traffic.

Radiation Shields

Mierij Meteo Radiation Shields are available in different sizes to protect your temperature and humidity sensors against errors due to direct solar radiation and precipitation. The large Radiation Shield (MA 11) is fully compliant with the WMO regulations. Radiation Shield (MA 32 / MA 33) is small, easy to handle and covers most industrial applications.
